Ahead of the 2024 season, some key updates to be aware of:
- There will no longer be tie-breakers for junior athletes
- Veteran age-groups for both open and female categories start at over-35
- Veteran team categories are aligned with the individual categories
- Athletes entering multiple races (as opposed to the season entry) will retain the same number and chip for all races that they compete in
- Our original intended date for the season opener would have seen a clash with the National Cross Country Championships, likewise, the following Saturday also saw a fixture clash on the same day
