Introduction of Chip Timing and Individual Entry System
In addition to their club paying a reduced league affiliation fee, all runners must pre enter for the 2024 season via JC Race Timing
The total cost per runner will be £14 plus a £1.50 card charge for Senior Athletes, and £7 plus a £1 card charge for Junior Athletes for all 4 events.
Should clubs wish to subsidise any athlete’s entry a code will be given to said club. The option to enter single events will also be available at £4.50 per event. Limited entries will be taken on the day but we ask this only happens when there is no other option.
Team managers will collect the numbers in the same way as before from the registration tent. Envelopes for each age group will be provided for each club with a list of runners and corresponding numbers.
Athletes entering multiple fixtures will retain and use the same number for each fixture.
Any lost numbers will be charged to the athlete.
This new system will streamline results with full results available on the day and will also allow us to have an earlier presentation for Juniors with the Senior presentation taking place shortly after the final event.
